Telehouse West Two, Docklands

Under construction

Telehouse broke ground in October 2025 on West Two, targeting completion in 2028. The announcement specifies 33 MW overall building capacity and two new 132 kV substations serving the wider campus. This development is separate from the existing Docklands facilities and their historical connection ratings.

Where its electricity comes from

The operator intends 100% renewable procurement. Current electricity consumption and hourly supply matching are not published.

Cooling, water and backup power

Planned air and liquid cooling, chilled-water systems and heat recovery potential. Actual WUE is not published.

HVO-fuelled backup generators are planned. Backup output, runtime and annual fuel consumption are not published.

Rated capacity is not present consumption. Renewable procurement claims describe contracts or certificates unless hourly matching and physical supply are evidenced. No live site meter is connected to this page.

Project location

The map distinguishes published or mapped site points from approximate location and connection areas. Dashed circles are context areas, not development boundaries. Follow the location sources for site plans.
